Artisan Bread Making. Follows the Introductory course.
For more advanced bakers, it is designed for those who have completed our introduction to bread making course and for those who already have a basic understanding of bread making & wish to take it one step further.
You will:
- Learn about sourdough starters
- How to use starters
- Long & bulk fermentation techniques
- Working with different flours
- Bake a number of different artisan breads
You will take home a jar of our starter, a bag of flour plus all the information to take your baking skills to the next level.
